    The location was great and unbeatable because it was adjacent to Lugano's, the lake and the spectacular restaurant and the View and that mediocre restaurant. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Yo Sushi, offering food to go.

    Highly recommend for family vacations

    We loved the very nice views from our room, seriously amazing! Plus, the staff treated us like we were special, they even remembered our names.

    It wasn't cheap but considering the experience, I'd say it was worth it.

    Loved my time here. I got upgraded to a huge room. Attentive staff from there kindness and hospitality and the location was excellent in front of the railway station.

    Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

    I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the spacious junior suite with a balcony and the in-room breakfast that came with those delicious organic eggs! The spa was great, with a lovely jacuzzi and a steam room that really helped me unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the TV didn’t work during my stay, but it hardly mattered when I had such stunning views to enjoy! 🌅

    The view is fine from our junior suite with balcony and lake view! The spa was great, particularly the relaxation area just for couples. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the eggs benedict with salmon.
